Description
Two hundred light assemblies salvaged from automobile scrap yards adorn opposing walls of a large gallery space. Outside, the cycles of a traffic signal sets the tempo for a dance of brake lights, each choreographed to portray unique driving styles. As the day progresses into night, headlights brighten, and dim at dawn. Smaller versions of this piece were created as an edition of 5 for collectors.

Description
To celebrate the launch of USM's Haller E line of products, a large wall of shelving was transformed into a generative light installation. During the evening, programming of the installation cycled through 3 generative presets and could be controlled over the network using a custom developed app.

Description
Soapy fluid is draw from a reservoir at the base of the piece to the top where it slowly coats delicately arranged wires. Counter weighted motors slowly draw the wires apart, forming a shimmering, ephemeral membrane. The wires slowly draw close and the cycle repeats.

Description
In a small, enclosed space, four dancers' vigorous movements elevate the room temperature. As the temperature rises, the lights in the room slowly brighten until a designated max temperature is reached. The lights go dim as air conditioning units engage, cooling the room as the dancers rest. Once the room is sufficiently cooled, the dancers resume in silence, continuing the performance. With each cycle, the min and max temperatures gradually increase.

Installed in Times Square. As visitors spin the giant prayer wheel, over head lighting cycles through different programs based on speed and direction. Spinning the wheel generates the electricity used to power the entire installation.
